Cali Electric Chargers, a commercial electrical contractor, faced the end of several long‑term contracts and needed to pivot into the residential market, specifically EV charger installations. With no brand identity, no website, and no digital presence, the company relied entirely on word‑of‑mouth and lacked the infrastructure to attract homeowners.

From September 2023 to January 2025, I led a full digital transformation that repositioned the company, built their online ecosystem, and generated consistent residential leads.

Zero Digital Footprint: No website, no SEO, and no social media presence.
Lack of Identity: No branding, messaging, or visual identity to appeal to homeowners.
Marketing Infrastructure: No tracking, analytics, or lead-generation funnel.

Brand and Infrastructure Development

Identity Creation: Developed a logo, color palette, typography, and messaging guide centered on trust and local expertise.
Web Development: Launched a six-page website optimized for residential conversions (Home, Residential, Commercial, About, Contact, and EV Chargers).
Technical Setup: Established GA4 and Google Search Console to monitor performance and conversion data.

Multi-Channel Acquisition Strategy

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implemented on-page and local SEO strategies targeting “near me” searches and bilingual keywords such as “electricistas cerca de mi.”
Paid Advertising: Launched targeted Google Ads campaigns focused on high-intent residential keywords.
Social Media Overhaul: Conducted an account “cleanup,” removing 689 spam/celebrity followers to restore brand credibility and implementing a content strategy focused on educational reels and authority building.
Print Marketing: Integrated direct-to-door campaigns using flyers and brochures to supplement digital efforts.
