18+ Product labels developed
12 Skincare labels completed
6 Core sea moss products
6 Connected workstreams

The Problem

A strong product business needed a clearer system around it.

Mossy Gal had growing customer interest across sea moss, skincare, and pet wellness. But labels, product education, Shopify content, email communication, print materials, and future product ideas were developing separately.

The opportunity was to connect those pieces into one customer-facing system that could support ecommerce, pop-up sales, product education, and long-term expansion.

01

Product Education

Customers needed clearer guidance around what products were, how to use them, and where each line fit into their routine.

02

Brand Consistency

Labels, Shopify, email, and print needed to feel like one brand instead of separate updates.

03

Growth Readiness

The system needed to support new SKUs, seasonal products, bundles, pop-ups, and future ecommerce improvements.

The Strategy

One connected system instead of many separate projects.

Every recommendation was made through the customer’s experience. Labels, email, packaging, print, Shopify, and growth planning became connected parts of the same brand system.

The goal was simple: make the brand easier to understand, easier to present, and easier to expand.

01 Foundation

Positioning, offer clarity, product-line structure, and brand direction.

02 Product System

Sea moss, skincare, pet wellness, seasonal products, packaging hierarchy, and label consistency.

03 Customer Experience

Shopify, product education, email, QR-linked content, print, and trust-building touchpoints.

04 Growth Readiness

Bundles, future SKUs, expansion planning, and a system designed to carry forward.

Impact

A clearer foundation for how the brand presents, educates, and expands.

The outcome of this Mossy Gal case study was structural: previously separate customer touchpoints were organized around one clearer brand system.

01

Connected Presentation

Packaging, Shopify, email, print, and product-line applications could work from the same direction instead of developing as separate updates.

02

Clearer Product Education

Product hierarchy, usage guidance, recipes, QR-linked content, and customer education had a more organized role in the experience.

03

Growth-Ready Structure

The system was designed to support new SKUs, seasonal products, bundles, pop-ups, and future expansion without starting over each time.
